If we travel with our baby?

At hotel Sezz we have two baby cots as well as a bottle-warmer, a booster seat and a changing table..

We are a family of 4 people, do you have family rooms? Or is it possible to add an extra bed?

All our rooms can accommodate at least 2 people. Exceptions are in our Suites which have a double bed and a single sofa bed (only for children under 12); and in the Eiffel Suite we accommodate 4 people; one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed (bultex mattress in the living room.
In addition, we have adjoining rooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.

Where can I park my car?

The hotel has 4 parking spaces in a private garage. In addition, public parking spaces are available on the Avenue Fremiet and adjacent streets. On arrival ask your PA to park your vehicle.

I'm allergic, what do you suggest?

In each room you have synthetic and feather pillows. We can remove one or the other at your convenience. In addition, all rooms have with parquet floor and in some rooms we can remove the carpet.

I have a preference for the colors red, what can you do?

All our rooms are predominant color; with grey, mineral atmosphere Carpets are different on each floor (green or red). Ask your PA a room with the color of carpet that best suits you (subject to availability).

I want to book a room with the advance payment condition but I do not wish to disclose my credit card number over the Internet. What are my options?

You can simply make a bank transfer - however be aware that your credit card will be required on arrival to secure possible extras.

I want to book one of your packages, but they all look interesting and would like to stay only one night, what is your option?

Ask our PA to quote a bespoke stay.

I have a reservation for April 17. It is mentioned that the cancellation policy is 24h, when can I cancel my reservation without penalty?

You may cancel your reservation without penalty until April 16 at 3:00pm. After that time, we will charge the amount of the first night. Do not hesitate to call us for any late changes.

I want to pay for my stay in cash, is this possible?

Yes, you can pay your hotel bill in cash upon arrival. The credit card given at the booking secures your reservation only. However, in case of late cancellation or no show we will charge fees according to our booking conditions. Do not hesitate to call us for late changes.

Do you accept payment by cheque ?

The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.

I am planning to arrive very late, is it possible?

Simply inform your PA of your arrival time. Please be aware that our reception is open 24h/24. However, for safety reasons, the main entrance of the hotel is closed from 00h00. Feel free to ring the bell.

Pets are allowed at Sezz?

Yes, we accept small pets. Feel free to ask your PA if your pet can stay with you.

I loved the hotel Design, how can I get a piece of Sezz?

Please be informed that you can order with your PA several items such as the Sezz’s lamps, vases or black Sezz’s chairs in your room. Ask your PA for more details.

Can I buy the photographs found in the rooms?

Yes, you can acquire photographs of Claudia Sorbac and Stacy McCormack. These are original numbered works numbered. Ask your PA all information relating to works.

I will be arriving very late and I would not have time to dinner, do you have room service?

Yes, our room service is available 24h/24h.

I want to book a dinner, but I have neither the time nor a place in mind?

Our PA’s are available to recommend you restaurants in the line with your preferences as well as to suggest an after/before dinner.
