Winter sales all over the capital

Winter sales all over the capital

They arrive with the beginning of the year: from 6th January till 16th February the 2016 winter sales spring up in shops and stores all over Paris. It’s the perfect time to give into temptation as you shop for bargains in the capital.

So many shops!

Nestled in the Passy shopping district, the Sezz Paris is ideally located for a pleasant start to your shopping spree. Delicatessens, fashion boutiques, designer stores, toy shops and bookshops line its lively streets. Then just cross the Seine on foot or by metro to reach the vast Beaugrenelle shopping centre where you’ll find all the major fashion brands, perfumes and gift ideas. If you want to pick up a missed present, refresh you and your family’s wardrobes or surprise that special someone with a romantic gift, why not take a look in Claudie Pierlot, Zadig & Voltaire, Desigual, Muji or even Michael Kors?

The pleasure of temptation

The welcoming contemporary setting is perfect for stopping to think about the advantages of that gorgeous little dress or for hesitating over those splendid boots or that watch that feels so elegant and attractive. Settle on one of the comfortable chairs for a break or opt for a quick meal in one of the centre’s restaurants. Temptation certainly hits you from all sides here : pastries to die for, superb designer furniture and the most fashionable clothes. Fortunately, the winter sales last for six week! As well as the chance to pick up fantastic bargains, a shopping session can be the perfect excuse for you to discover the charms of Paris in winter with a beautiful, leisurely walk. The dappled January sunlight when it’s at its peak makes the River Seine look sensational and Boulevard Saint-Germain, the Opéra district and the Marais are even more fascinating by the light of the street lamps as you travel from shop to shop admiring the lovely window displays.
